HOW TO SHOP:

Simply click on “add to cart” to put an item in your cart – this does not commit you to buying the item. After placing an item in your basket, you may either proceed to check out or continue shopping. You may remove anything in your basket at anytime by clicking on “Remove” which is found next to the item in your basket. You may see your basket at anytime by clicking on “Show Cart.” If you have any trouble ordering, please email us & let us know – we’ll be glad to help you place an order.

PRIVACY POLICY:

We will not share any information you provide us except as necessary to process your order. We may e-mail you with information we think you would be interested in. Our site has a 100% secure server through Yahoo!Store to provide a secure shopping experience.

SHIPPING:

Orders for in stock items received by 5:00 PM (EST) are normally shipped the next business day. Please note that many of our items are custom ordered or special ordered and require additional processing time, as noted in the item description.

DELIVERY TIMES

Because many products, including invitations and stationery, are made to order for you after you place your order, production and shipping times posted in the product descriptions are estimates. We make every effort to have your order shipped as quickly as possible. The Monogrammed Martini is not responsible for delays beyond the estimated delivery times given.

Expedited Shipping - The Monogrammed Martini is not responsible for any delays on expedited delivery orders with Fed Ex or UPS. Fed Ex/UPS delays are beyond our control once the order leaves our warehouse.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

SALES TAX:

Virginia residents add 5% sales tax.

BILLING:

Custom ordered and personalized items are charged at the time we place your order into production and may not be canceled after that point.

PRE-ORDERS:

Pre-orders are billed at the time your order is placed. We reserve or special order the item for you. Normal return policy applies for non-personalized pre-orders. (Items can be returned within 10 days of receipt.)

RETURNS

INVENTORY AVAILABILITY

The availability information presented on our site is the most current, accurate inventory information we have, but errors do occur and this information does not constitute a guarantee or promise of availability.

If a product you have ordered is not available for shipment, we will notify you as quickly as possible via the email address in your order. Anticipated delivery dates for backorders or custom order items are dependent upon our suppliers and other factors beyond our control, and are subject to change.

SILVER PRICES

Silver prices are subject to change depending on the current price of silver. We will let you know when the price has changed and you will have to opportunity to cancel your order before it ships. You will have to approve the current price before we ship your order.

COUPON/DISCOUNT POLICY

If you have a coupon code, please enter it in the coupon code box on the order form. The best way to keep up with available coupons/discounts is to subscribe to our newsletter ~ you'll always be first to know! Only one coupon or discount can be applied to each order ~ if more than one discount applies, we will automatically apply the larger discount.

SALES

We regret that sale prices can not be applied to previously purchased merchandise. We do not offer price adjustments on previously purchased merchandise. Sale prices may end at any time. The best way to learn of sales is to join our email list.

PRICING ERRORS/TYPOS

Although we strive for 100% accuracy, occasionally a typo or pricing error may occur. We are not responsible for pricing, typographical, or other errors and we reserve the right to cancel any orders resulting from such errors.
