RETURN POLICY
Purchases or gifts may be returned within 10 days of the day you received the order, in original condition and packaging, for a complete refund (excluding shipping charges.) Please
Contact Us for a Return Authorization number before returning any merchandise – this number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package or the package will be refused at the warehouse.
Returns must be postmarked within 10 days of the date you receive your order. ALL SALES ARE FINAL AFTER 10 DAYS! Please do not return items to us later than 10 days after you have received them. EXCEPTIONS:PERSONALIZED or CUSTOM MADE items are NOT returnable. Since these are items ordered just for you after your order is placed the are not returnable. If an error is made, please contact us immediately (with in 3 days) and we will correct the error.
SALE MERCHANDISE may be returned for store credit only.
We can only credit the card used for the original purchase. We will be happy to issue a store credit if you prefer.
Orders shipped with free shipping will have our standard shipping charge subtracted from your purchase credit. Orders shipped with free gift will have the value of the gift deducted from your purchase credit.
Refused Shipments will be charged charged a 25% restocking fee.
Canceled orders Canceled orders are subject to a set up fee and 25% cancellation fee.
NOTE: It is always best to send your package back in a manner that is trackable, (UPS, Fed Ex, or Delivery Confirmation). We highly recommend insuring your return as we cannot be responsible for non-receipt of returns, nor can we confirm receipt of a return/exchange until it has been processed.
